These are some of the very first swatches from the basic-weaving course. The idea was to get familiar with the loom and yarns and explore all possibilities using four shafts only. It was a straight draft with off white warp. I tried to play with colors in the weft using different techniques and weave structures.

It was a small experiment of making checks and strips using two shafts. Later on, I stitched a small pouch out of the checkered swatch, also added details with sequin and beads.
